About Wendy Brown
Wendy Brown is a Florida native, born and raised in Pensacola, who made St. Augustine her home in 2007. Over the years she has developed a deep connection to Northeast Florida and the communities she serves.
Helping people has always been at the heart of Wendy's career. She began working as a nurse at just 19 years old and spent many years in healthcare before discovering a new passion — real estate.
Wendy's journey into real estate began when she and her husband started purchasing investment properties of their own. She quickly fell in love with the process and realised that real estate gave her another way to do what she had always enjoyed most: helping people. Whether that means finding the perfect home, selling a property, purchasing land, or building an investment portfolio, Wendy loves helping her clients reach their goals.
As her passion for the industry grew, Wendy earned her Broker's licence and went on to become co-owner of Beaches to River Real Estate, a boutique Northeast Florida brokerage built around personal service, local knowledge, and genuine relationships. As both a Broker and a real estate investor, Wendy brings firsthand experience to the table and understands that every client, property, and transaction is different.
Wendy believes real estate should feel personal. Her goal is to make every client feel like they are her only client — providing honest guidance, clear communication, and support from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
When she is not talking real estate, Wendy loves travelling, reading, spending time at the beach, and enjoying life with her husband and family. She is the proud mom of two and grandmother of six, and family remains one of the most important parts of her life.
